【 Loving Kindness Practice 】

In your calm, kind & compassionate state
Recite softly or silently, may I be...
1.  Filled with loving kindness
2.  Well in body & mind
3.  Free from troubles of mind & body
4.  Safe from inner & outer dangers
5.  Free from enmity
6.  Free from hurtfulness
7.  Endowed with right speech & moral conduct
8.  May I be able to protect my own happiness
9.  May I be truly happy & free

Then spread the thoughts mentioned above to our teachers, elders, loved ones, friends, all other beings known & unknown, and adversaries.

May all living beings be well, happy and peaceful.
